We have owned a home in Island Park for the past 12 years and have had occasion to use Ron Palmer Construction for a number of projects, both large and small. Without exception, we have been pleased with the finished project and he will continue to be our “go-to” guy whenever we have a job that requires anything involving home construction and repair. Ron is highly regarded in our subdivision as a contractor who produces a quality product at a fair price in a reasonable length of time. That alone separates him from the majority of other contractors but it is his interaction with the homeow3ner during construction and his availability whenever a question arises that is the true stress reliever.
During the many jobs he has completed for us, we have always been able to contact him by phone at any time. If for whatever reason he is unavailable when we call, he has always called back the same day. This attention to customer service is greatly appreciated and unusual, especially in the construction industry. Finally, should there be a job that Ron is unable to do, he has shared contact with those who specialize in the area.
